If you have a claim, one of our Service First commitments is that we'll submit your claim the same day and we'll follow up within 24 hours to ensure the adjustor's been assigned, that they have contacted you, and that the claim is progressing as you would like.

For example, when a client calls to add a teen driver, we recommend AAA coverage to protect their child from maintenance mishaps, and we also send them teen-driving tips to keep their child safe on the road.
